Denmark is a strict market for calls
In Denmark, cold calls to consumers are banned unless the consumer asked for the call. Section 4 of the Consumer Contracts Act bans sales calls to consumers without their prior request (source). There are four exceptions: books, newspaper and magazine subscriptions, insurance, and rescue or patient transport subscriptions.
Within those four, the Danish Robinson list still applies. If a person is on it, calling them to sell is unlawful unless they asked you to call (Consumer Ombudsman; Marketing Practices Act s. 10).
That makes the Robinson list check the single most important step in any Danish insurance or subscription campaign. For campaigns in other sectors, which need valid consent, it is a useful extra check, but it does not replace consent.

Built into your operation, not bolted on
We connect to your dialer, or to a folder where your Danish client drops lists, by agreement. Every list is checked against the latest Robinson list before it's loaded. Each row shows what we found, from "Nobody on the list at the address" to "Same name and address", and what matched. You choose the level you go by, once, and your agents only see rows below it. If you don't choose, we use level 1, the most cautious.
If a Danish address is incomplete or written so oddly that we can't read it, the row says so and is held back until someone has looked at it. We never let a row through because we couldn't find it.
When the CPR register publishes a new edition each quarter, your active lists are rechecked and you're told if anyone has been added.
A receipt your client can look up
Every list gets a check receipt: the time, the Robinson list edition, the row count, how many rows fell on each level and the level you went by, with a link where your client can view it directly with us. No personal data, so it can go straight into the client's vendor file. A receipt in your name can be agreed.
In English, end to end
The app, the result files, the check receipt and support are all available in English. You don't need a Danish speaker to run it.
