Your Danish list, checked row by row.

Drop in an Excel or CSV file of Danish names and addresses. Seconds later you get it back, and every row shows exactly what we found on the Robinson list.

DKK 995 per list up to 500 rows. Unlimited on the annual plan.

What it looks like

A film of Robinsontjek: an Excel file with 1,840 rows is dropped in. Name, address and postcode are recognised, and the list is checked against the Robinson list. Every row shows what we found, from 0 (nobody on the list) to 5 (same name and address), and what matched: 1,512 have nobody on the list, 312 were found on the list, and 16 addresses could not be read. The list with answers is downloaded as an Excel file, followed by a receipt for the check with the date, the list version and the level chosen, 1.

From file to finished list

  1. Send the file

Excel (xlsx or xls) or CSV, once your account is set up and the data processing agreement is in place. We find the name, address and postcode columns ourselves. You see a preview before the check starts.

  2. We check every row

Each person is checked against the latest Robinson list. Large files run in the background, and we tell you when they're done.

  3. Download the result

You get your own file back with three new columns: "What we found", "Matched on" and "List version". Rows are coloured by what we found, so you can read it at a glance.

  4. You decide who to contact

Choose the level you go by, in the file or once in your settings. A second file then holds only the rows below your level, ready for your mailing or your dialer.

Every row shows what we found

You get more than a yes or no. Every row gets a level from 0 to 5 that says exactly what we found on the Robinson list at the person's address. Level 4, "different flat", means a different apartment in the same building. Then you decide what to do with the row.

Which level do you go by?
LevelWhat we foundIn the file below your level

3Same first name at the addressYour levelIncludedLeft out
4Same name, different flatYour levelIncludedLeft out
5Same name and addressYour levelIncludedLeft out

You choose the level you go by, in the file or once in your settings. If you don't, we use level 1, the most cautious. If the person is on the list at a previous address, the row says so, and it counts as at least level 4. If we can't read the address, the row says so, and it is never included in the file below your level. The level you used is printed on the receipt.

What your file looks like afterwards

Your own columns stay exactly as they were. Three new ones are added at the end.

A receipt for every check

Every list comes with a receipt you can keep with the campaign or send to a client.

  1. When, and against which list

Date, list version and row count, so you can see the campaign was checked against the edition that applied.

  2. What we found, counted

The count per level and the level you chose for the file below your level.

  3. Easy to look up and pass on

A link and a QR code lead to the receipt with us. It holds no personal data.

Getting Danish addresses right

Danish addresses have their own format: street, number, floor and door, then a four-digit postcode and town.

You don't need to clean this up first. Send the address in one column or split into several, with or without floor and door, and with Danish letters or without. If an address can't be read, the row says so instead of guessing.

Questions about list checks

Didn't find the answer? Write to us

Which columns does the file need?
Name and address. The address can be one column or split into street, number, floor, door, postcode and town. We detect the columns, and you can correct them before the check starts.
Can I check phone numbers?
The Robinson list holds names and addresses, not phone numbers. Looking up a name and address from a phone number is available as an add-on by agreement. Write to us.
How long do you keep the file?
30 days by default, so you can download it again. You can choose anything from 0 to 90 days, or delete it the moment you've downloaded the result. The check receipt stays, and it contains no personal data.
Is the result file in English?
Yes, if your account is set to English. The new columns then read "What we found" (for example "5 · Same name and address"), "Matched on" and "List version".
