How setup works

  1. A short call

    Tell us where your lists come from and where they go. Start in the chat. If it helps, a short call in English follows.

  2. We build the connection

    We connect to your system and test it with a real list. All you do is give us access.

  3. You approve

    You see the result of the first list, decide how cautious we should be, and sign it off. Only then does it run on its own.

  4. It runs

    New lists are checked automatically. When the CPR register publishes a new Robinson list each quarter, your saved lists are checked again and you're told if anything changed.

See it in your setup

This is what it looks like when the list comes from your CRM, dialer, email or own system. We set it up; you don't have to do a thing.

A film of checking a list: an Excel file with 1,840 rows is dropped in. Name, address and postcode are recognised, and the list is checked against the Robinson list. Every row says what we found: 1,512 have nobody on the list, 312 were found on the list, and 16 addresses could not be read. The list with answers is downloaded, followed by a receipt for the check.

Dialers

Adversus and other dialers. Call lists are checked before they're loaded, and the rows you've asked us to hold out never reach an agent.

CRM

HubSpot, Pipedrive and others. What we found is written onto the contact in the CRM, so everyone sees it before they call or mail.

Print and direct mail

Address lists are checked on their way to print, through your order system or a drop folder by agreement. The printer gets a clean file and a check receipt.

Spreadsheets and email

Lists that arrive by email can be forwarded to your own check address and come back with an answer on every row.

What does setup cost?
It's included in the annual plan at DKK 15,000 excl. VAT. No setup fee and no hourly rate.
Our Danish client sends us the lists. Who should sign up?
Either works. If you hold the account yourselves, you can send each client the check receipt for their list.
What do we need to do?
Give us access to the system and approve the first list. We do the rest.
How fast can we start?
You can be up and running this week. We agree a date in the first conversation, and you approve the first list before it runs on its own.
Do we need a developer?
No. We do the work. You give us access or tell your print house where to drop files.
What happens when a new Robinson list comes out?
The CPR register publishes a new list every quarter. We switch to it as soon as it's ready and recheck your saved lists. You're told if people you were allowed to contact are now on the list.
